Operation theaters at Choithram Memorial Hospital are designed to meet the highest standards and are equipped with the latest technology. The equipment of cutting-edge technology is used for orthopedic, neurological, urological, oncological, gynecological, ENT, and ophthalmological surgeries.
Multiple OTs for Different Surgeries
There are several state-of-the-art operating theaters available at Choithram Memorial Hospital for all types of surgeries. LED OT lights are used in all operation theaters, as well as good-quality OT tables, diathermy machines, anesthesia workstations, multipara monitors, defibrillators, warm machines, central suction, and all medical gasses are handled by well-trained medical personnel. Surgical procedures related to Bones & Joints, both emergency and planned, are performed here.
Surgical procedures related to general surgery, both emergency and planned, are performed here. All basic and advanced laparoscopic surgeries can be performed in this theater.
Surgical procedures related to Obstetrics & Gynecology, both emergency and planned, are performed here.
The upper and lower GI tracts are examined. Diagnostic as well as a therapeutic procedure are done.
Right inside the Out Patients Department there is another operation theater. Various emergency procedures are performed in this OT.
